A late check-out is possible based on availability. The costs are € 25.00 with a maximum until 17:00 pm on the day of check-out. At the family rooms, Suites, Junior Penthouse and the Penthouse suites we unfortunately do not offer late check-out options.

A good start to the day. Every day we present a generous breakfast buffet.
A nice cup of coffee or tea, milk and various fruit juices. A wide choice of various types of bread with all sorts of fillings. Compose your own superfoods breakfast, enjoy an English breakfast or a healthy fruit salad. The choice is yours. The breakfast buffet is served on the ground floor in the restaurant.
Breakfast in bed is also possible from 08:00 am. There is a surcharge of €10,00 per person per day on top of the breakfast price. You must order breakfast the night before at the latest. You can hand in the order list at the reception.

On the 12th floor, you will find our versatile Wellness, Swimmingpool and Fitness center. The ideal place for exercise and extra enjoyment.
Wellness/swimming pool: The Wellness consists a Turkish steam bath, a Finnish sauna and a infra-red sauna. Swimwear is mandatory while using these facilities. Bathrobes can be rented for € 8.50 each and a € 20.00 deposit. These can be obtained at the reception.
Fitness: Here you can indulge yourself and release the tension. The fitness has a wide range of equipment and supplies to perform versatile training. Enjoy the beautiful view over Enschede while exercising.

You will find our bicycle shed at the rear of our hotel. You can open the door with the key of your hotel room.

It is possible to withdraw money at the reception.
Safe
Each room and suite has a safe in which you can keep your valuables. The management accepts no liability for loss or theft.
Instructions
You close the safe by entering a personal 4-digit code and then pressing lock. When the safe is closed, enter the same 4-digit code to open it. In case of problems, the reception will gladly help you.
Refrigerator
There is a small refrigerator in every room, which you can use free of charge during your stay. It also contains two free bottles of water.
Pillow
You will find an extra pillow in the closet in your room. Several pillows are available on request at the reception. These are also for sale for € 44.75 each.
Emergency exit
All emergency exits are clearly marked in the corridors, and inside your room door you will find the shortest possible route out in case of an emergency.
To smoke
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel. When you check in, you sign for the non-smoking policy and the associated fine in case of violation.
Iron
An iron and ironing board are available at the reception.
Toiletries
A limited supply of toiletries is available at the reception.
Laundry
You will find a special laundry bag in your room. Here you can hand in your clothes at the reception to be cleaned. If you do this on working days before 12:00, a.m. you will have it returned the next day. This service is not available on weekends and holidays.
Wifi
Free WIFI connection is available throughout the hotel. You will find this under the name "Van Der Valk Enschede".
Conference Rooms
On the first floor there are 10 multifunctional meeting rooms with a luxurious appearance and excellent WiFi. All rooms have a lot of daylight, climate control and free WiFi.
