• What meeting rooms are available?

  The hotel has multiple meeting rooms and multifunctional event spaces. These rooms vary in size and are suitable for small to large gatherings from 2 to 350 persons.

• What audiovisual equipment (AV inventory) is available as standard in the rooms?

  We offer a handheld microphone, headset, pointer, and projector with screen. Additional audiovisual equipment is available on request.

• What meeting packages are available at the hotel?

  A meeting package is determined by the part of the day and whether lunch and dinner are included or excluded. More information about the meeting packages can be found in the brochure.

• What are the rates per half-day for the meeting packages?

  A 1/3 day package costs €21.50 per person and a 2/3 day package costs €29.50 per person. Both packages can be extended with a lunch buffet, plate service, or three-course dinner. A full 3/3 day package including lunch buffet and dinner costs €79.50 per person.

• Is room rental included in a meeting package?

  No, room rental is not included in a meeting package.

• What is included as standard in the meeting packages?

  Unlimited use of coffee and tea facilities, mineral water and soft drinks, chef’s treats, sweets and mints, flipchart with writing materials, projector with projection screen or LCD screen, meeting kit with conference supplies, and notepads and pens in the room.

• What catering options are available?

  We offer various catering options, ranging from a lunch buffet in the restaurant or an à la carte lunch to a dinner buffet, three-course menu, or plate service for dinner.

• What types of break-out snacks are available for business meetings?

  We offer a variety of break-out snacks, such as wraps, croquette sandwiches, warm quiches, mini burgers, and sausage rolls. We can also accommodate specific requests and offer additional snack options on request.

• Are special dietary requirements or allergies possible, such as halal, kosher, or nut free?

  Dietary requirements and allergies are certainly possible, including halal, kosher, and nut-free options. We kindly request that you inform us in advance so we can take this into account.

• How can guests request a copy of their invoice after departure?

  Guests can request a copy of the invoice after departure through the reception desk or the sales department.

• How can guests request a VAT breakdown after departure?

  Guests can request a copy of the VAT breakdown after departure through the reception desk or sales department.

• When is a booking considered a group booking (number of rooms)?

  A booking is considered a group booking from 10 rooms onwards.
